Refund Policy

Shrink Wizard is free to use. This policy covers previous Pro purchases.

If Shrink Wizard Pro isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required, though we appreciate hearing what didn't work.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@shrinkwizard.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your license email. Include your license key if you have it.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear.
• Your license key is deactivated. The current version remains free and unlimited; older versions return to their free tier. Files you already compressed stay compressed and readable, and you can still decompress them for free.

After 14 days

Get in touch anyway if something went wrong; we will do what we reasonably can. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank; a refund is faster for everyone. As with refunds, we reserve the right to deactivate a license whose payment is reversed.
